At WATT100, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products purchased from our website.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal function on your order status page or customer account, or contact us directly within the 14-day period:

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • The withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received. You may handle it to the extent necessary to assess its nature and functioning — as you would in a physical shop — but not beyond that.
  • Original packaging and accessories should be included where possible.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

If a returned item shows handling beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value from your refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or specially configured products made to your specification
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been installed or physically integrated into property
  • Products damaged due to misuse or altered after delivery

4. Return Shipping

WATT100 covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns within the European Union. Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and a return label.

Do not return items without prior authorisation, as we may be unable to process unauthorised returns.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier).
  • Your original delivery costs will be refunded up to the value of our standard delivery rate.
  • If the returned item shows diminished value due to handling beyond what was necessary, a deduction may be applied before the refund is issued.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate, and will cover all associated return shipping costs.

These rights are in addition to your statutory 2-year warranty under EU law and are not affected by the 14-day withdrawal period.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items where a direct replacement is available. Please contact us to discuss your options.
